By using this platform, you consent to electronic communications related to your healthcare intake and coordination of care. Electronic communications may include email, text messaging, web based forms, or portal communications, and may carry certain privacy or security risks. Response times may vary. This platform should not be used for urgent or emergency medical concerns.

3. SMS Terms

SimpliGutsy uses SMS to send verification codes and secure appointment and intake links.

• Privacy: Mobile opt in information is never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Technology Assisted Information Review

These tools support healthcare providers and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. The platform does not independently diagnose medical conditions, provide medical advice, or determine treatment.

5. Emergency Disclaimer
